Yoga with Khadine
Khadine’s popular yoga retreats have been running at Florence house for over a decade. Khadine has been practicing yoga since 1997 and teaching since 2004. She co-runs the Vajrasati yoga school, training 500-hour teachers. Khadine is also currently studying a masters degree in yoga and meditation traditions. Her classes are warm and friendly, accessible for all, including beginners. Experienced practitioners will enjoy innovative approaches to asanas that are always underpinned by a respectful, useful and knowledgeable integration of yoga philosophy. Khadine’s passion for the tradition of yoga never fails to inspire students. Her retreats include yoga asana (posture), pranayama (breathing practices), meditation, chanting and yoga nidra (deep meditative practice).
