“I took my mum on Katy’s retreat for her birthday and we had a wonderful weekend. Florence House is lovely, with great cliff top walks to blow away the cobwebs. The food is sensational. And most of all Katy’s yoga is a joy to participate in. Pitched for all levels and all bodies, Katy is very in tune with the needs and desires of the group she’s teaching. I particularly enjoy the breadth that her classes embody- pranayama, mantra, kirtan and a dip into yoga history or philosophy, all on top of an expansive range of asanas.
My mum loved it; we had a great time together and also enjoyed the company of the group, including yogis who keep coming back again and again. I shall be one of these for sure. If you want to treat yourself, or someone else, to a delicious weekend, this is the retreat for you.
