This 3 day residential workshop welcomes cis women and those assigned female at birth who identify as gender non-binary/gender fluid.

Nestled in the Downs, on the edge of the wild, ancient cliffs of the East Sussex coast, we come together to dance and sound, play and release our masks and reconnect with our ancestral, wild nature.

Combining deep exploration and play with time to enjoy the natural beauty around us, this is an opportunity to step away from the everyday and step over the threshold into our ancestral birthright of story, song, dance and ritual within the timeless and supportive container of the women’s circle.

We come together to reconnect with the renewable power of the feminine and remind our souls of our communal roots, nourished in body by the natural beauty, delicious food and comfortable surroundings of Florence House Retreat Centre in Seaford on the East Sussex Coast.

We will have 2 sessions together a day of 2-3 hours with time to pause, go for walks, swim in the sea (weather permitting) or simply rest in the grounds or cosy inside spaces of Florence House.

About Me:

I am a qualified Speech and Language Therapist, Dramatherapist, Open Floor Movement Teacher and an Embodied Voice Practitioner.  I have worked with people of all ages, abilities, genders, sexual preferences and ethnicities for almost 30 years in many different settings.  My passion is to create space where people can connect with themselves and each other through creative, embodied means, learning to trust the inner knowing of their bodies.

Residential Options:

Single Accommodation: £635-£785 dependent on income (includes participation in the workshop, accommodation and all meals)

Shared Accommodation: £585 – £735 – dependent on income (includes participation in the workshop, accommodation and all meals)

Camping Option: £50-175 dependent on income + £89 per day (including camping fee, all meals and 24/7 exclusive use of grounds)

Non-residential Option: £50-175 dependent on income + £50/55 per day (for meals and use of grounds during the day)

Bursaries to help with accommodation costs may be available for those on the EDI ticket.
