Yoga with Fiona – Weekend Yoga Immersive –

– Friday 14th – Sunday 16th March 2025 –

You are invited to come and join me for a weekend of inspiration and calm at this beautiful East Sussex coastal location.

Florence House is a spectacular setting for our weekend. With exclusive occupancy, we will create our own mood and atmosphere.

The beautiful interior of the house itself, the abundant gardens, the proximity to the sea and the wildness of the Downs, make Florence House a magical place to escape and immerse in all things Yoga. A smaller walled garden provides a peaceful place for meditation or inner reflection. Here there is plenty of space to share and plenty of space for you time in the many hidden gems within the vast house and gardens.

Vegetarian / vegan meals will be prepared by in house Chefs, with locally sourced produce where possible.

A full schedule will be refined nearer the time but you can expect morning Pranayama, daily Asana classes / workshops, mindful walks, Yin and Nidra in the cosy Yurt, wonderful food and company and an evening sound healing on our last night!

Arrival is from 5 pm on the Friday and we will be leaving from 3.30 pm on the Sunday.
