​Florence House in East Sussex is the beautiful and serene backdrop for a weekend of immersive activities that included meditation, yoga, pranayama (breathwork), creative affirmation setting, and fire ceremonies, as well as a variety of healthy, nourishing (and delicious!) food – see gallery.
