This weekend retreat is an opportunity to cultivate your beginner’s mind by shifting perspective on what we think yoga ‘ought’ to be; to see your practice through a fresh lens.
In addition, the weekend will include workshops to help deepen your practice.
This retreat is suitable for beginners and those with a wider yoga experience. It’s about shifting perspective on the practice of yoga. But also about filling in some of the gaps that we tend to miss in a general level class. To dive deeper.
The venue is the beautiful Florence House in Seaford close to the beach for some beautiful, bracing walks (it will be February after all) and a gorgeous log fire to warm up to with a cup of tea. And the food? Delicious.
