Yoga and Meditation with Graham Burns
A weekend of yoga, meditation and more for all levels of experience, except complete beginners to yoga. Enjoy four long yoga practices, ranging from the gentle to the more dynamic, each rounded off either by seated meditation or the deep, guided relaxation of yoga nidra. Each day will also include a short talk about some aspect of yoga – as well as good food, good company and the opportunity to relax. Graham is known for his humorous and light-hearted approach to teaching, while still preserving the best elements of the yoga tradition. The weekend promises to be educational, relaxing and, above all, fun.
