Date(s) - 29/03/2019 - 31/03/2019 - All Day
Over the past couple of years, my good friend Susanne Lahusen and I have brought our different yoga backgrounds and styles to a series of very popular and successful day long workshops and week long intensives on class sequencing, aimed at teachers, trainee teachers and all serious practitioners wishing to learn more about putting together sequences which are safe, effective, and enjoyable. I am delighted that we are returning to France again, and to the wonderful Les Passeroses, for this year’s week long training. This highly experiential week will help deepen your understanding of how to employ the body’s mechanics together with the energetic ideas of yoga to create and deliver class sequences which will inspire your students, and which are safe and effective on all levels – physical, energetic, mental and emotional. Each day will incorporate a full morning practice, and, throughout the week, there will be practical experiential anatomy sessions, practical sequencing exercises, asana breakdown and modifications, and discussion of some of the philosophical ideas behind sequencing – as well as gyrokinesis, seated and walking meditations, yoga nidra, and more. The intensive will include plenty of time for rest and relaxation, including a half day excursion to a local town. Click here for more information or to book a place.
