A mid-week restorative break from midday Tuesday September 17th to midday Thursday September 19th 2019
The aim is to create a gentle, peaceful atmosphere giving a unique opportunity to wind down and restore yourself to balanced, vibrant heath. The Retreat is open to everyone, regardless of yoga expertise or experience.
The yoga classes will be led Sara Ben-Isaac, a highly experienced, well qualified, thoughtful yoga teacher who has taught and practiced for over 25 years (see www.yoga-allways.com for more information). The sessions will incorporate gentle recuperative poses, detailed postural alignment, intensive flow and breathing exercises and will be suitable for all levels, ages and abilities. There will be a minimum of six sessions over the two days, more if time allows. All are optional and you are welcome to take time out to do your own thing! Sara will also be available to address individual issues. You are encouraged to switch off your mobile phone for these two days, be quiet and reflective, and experience a real ‘retreat’ from the outside world. The cost is £299 per person for a shared room (twin or triples), and £349 for a single room. This cost covers the full two day’s accommodation, all meals and yoga sessions.
