Amy Ku Redler is a wellbeing consultant with 28 years experience. In this retreat you will have the opportunity to deepen your practise of yoga pranayama, mindfulness (and pilates when required). The weekend will concentrate on releasing tension, allowing the spine to lengthen, awake lazy muscles and calm down busy ones. Particular attention will be given to breathing and posture to help rebalance the body. Amy’s style is structured and detailed but extremely supportive and, most of all, fun!
