Florence House can accommodate conferences for up 100 people as day delegates and up to 30 people on a residential basis.
The Meeting Room: Measuring 50 x 20 feet, this lovely, light and sunny room can seat up to 100 people. East facing with each of the double doors overlooking the expansive front garden with fabulous views to Seaford Head. OHP’s, whiteboards and flipcharts are available as needed and extra facilities can be bought in for you.
The Library: Panelled in oak, this smaller room is more intimate, can seat up to 30 people and overlooks the pretty walled garden.
The Dining Room: This room can be used to comfortably seat 24 people in any one sitting. For larger groups we can incorporate the library.
The Lounge: This area has comfortable sofas and a wood burning stove which adds to the ambience. There is a grand piano which can be played to add to your enjoyment.
Our head chefs are supported by a team of dedicated staff who produce the most delicious and fabulous food. Produce is organic and locally sourced when possible. Special dietary requirements can be catered for and we are happy to provide sample menus on request.
