About Us

Florence house was built in the 1920's by a local merchant as a wedding present for his daughter.

Ten years ago it was beautifully refurbished with a large meeting room, lounge, dining room, oak panelled study and accommodation for up to 24 people. In addition there is a separate three bedroom annexe for tutors or guests, which is completely self contained.

The house is set in 6 acres within an area of outstanding natural beauty on the edge of the South Downs National Park and has views of Seaford Head and the Golf Course. Mairin and Gordon invite you to share and enjoy this very special place; whether you are looking for a private retreat or wish to use the space for a group event or visit for a few days peace and quiet.
