Florence house was built in the 1920’s by a local merchant as a wedding present for his daughter.

Eight years ago it was beautifully refurbished with a large meeting room, lounge, dining room, oak panelled study and accommodation for up to 24 people. In addition there is also a separate three bedroom annexe for tutors or guests, which is completely self contained.

The estate is set in 6 acres within an area of outstanding natural beauty and has views of Seaford Head and golf course. The current custodians invite you to share and enjoy this very special place; whether you are looking for a private retreat or if you wish to use the space for a group event.
